The Tasting Room.
Head brewer Nathan Zeender and Brewery Operations Manager Chris Percello brewed over 75 different recipes at the Shaw Brewpub 5 barrel system before moving over to the Brookland Production House. They picked their favorites (with a little help from our friends) to brew in the shiny new 15 barrel brewhouse in Brookland. The 12 taps in the tasting room consists of both our more classic, stainless fermented beers and our funkier, oak fermented beers. We have a few constant cores and a few rotating limited release selections, all soulful, balanced and delicious.
